Nursing - Accelerated (BSN)

Your BSN is closer than you think when you enroll in 黑料不打烊's accelerated entry option.


The accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing entry option in the Carolyn McKelvey Moore School of Nursing allows bachelor degree holders to obtain a BSN in as little as 15 months. Theory, laboratory and clinical practice may be scheduled in the morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours to provide optimal learning experiences.

The evolving world of healthcare has created a constantly growing need for nursing professionals of all levels. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in the Carolyn McKelvey Moore School of Nursing utilizes cutting-edge technology and clinical experience within area healthcare systems to provide the active, hands-on learning necessary to prepare competent and compassionate nurses. The nursing education program challenges students to think critically in an environment that facilitates educational mobility, personal growth, and a pattern of life-long learning and also challenge students to use evidence-based practice guidelines in the environment in which nursing is being provided.


What can I do if I use this entry option to earn my Bachelor of Science in Nursing?

Students who graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing are qualified to sit for the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX). Graduates are prepared to provide nursing care for individuals, families, population, and communities within a variety of healthcare settings; use evidence-based practice to guide nursing interventions which promote, maintain, and restore health; or continue their education at the graduate level.

According to the  the annual median wage for registered nurses in 2023 was $86,070.
