Afro pop artist by the name Tremour who recently released Pakaya EP is droping a music video for one of the songs in the EP.

Nikutolenge is a multilingual song perfomed in Tumbuka and English and it has a love appealing tone. “Nikutolenge” is a tumbuka word for “I Will Marry You” and the song paints a picture where a man is determined to marry the lady of his dream.

In the first verse, the artist talks of how people underestimated their love by having doubts that the relationship will not last long. Well the turn out was quite contrary to the expectations.

As the EP title says, Pakaya which is a translation of the English word “Village” the artist sets his lyrics in Nikutolenge in an African tradition style. And nevertheless the artist incorporates the lobola type of practice in his lyrics where he clearly says that the cattle to pay for Lobola is already available.

The artist further thanks God for answering their prayer and for such a God fearing woman and  vows to take care of her. Throughout the video one can notice very well the happy and celebration vibe the beats sends married with the nice voice from the artist.

It has been a great experience this year to work on this beautiful video and i expect my fans to enjoy it and spread the love as they did when i dropped the EP”, said Tremour.

The video was shot and directed by the Lilongwe based Mzati Msash of Mzati Motion Pictures.

“After delivering a couple of singles this year, i thought it necessary to shoot a video. Am also currently working on an album which will have nothing but the best music”, revealed Tremour

The video will be released through various TV stations in the country and all other digital platforms. The YouTube link will also be available for downloads.
